Photo Gallery Not Visible

Hi, How can I shown my photo gallery in my iphone? The option for the photo gallery view was not visible.

when you go into photos what exactly are you seeing? Can you take a screen shot? What iOS are you running?

I've noticed this for the past several days on my 5s also with pictures being delayed coming to my folder but eventually appearing. Called Apple store and was told to do a reset and this helped today lets see.
