Photo bug

So my phone right now does not have any photos on it. And I turned off photo sync. If I look in "albums" in the photo app, no photos. However if I go to "places", I notice a pin with two items: a photo and a video. Back to albums, nothing.

If I turned off sync for photos, movies, tv shows, etc...how is it possible that I have nothing in my "albums" but two items in "places"? And how do I get rid of these items?

That's is strange try a hard reset hold power and home button till phone restarts

I just tried this and it didn't seem to work.

Only thing I can think is restore and set up as new
