"PhoneClean" app...?

In this CNN article there is mention of a utility or app called "PhoneClean" for iPhones (see suggestion #5). Is there such a thing and would it be worth trying? No such app shows up in the App Store that I've found.

"PhoneClean" app...?

The only thing I found by that name doesn't appear to clean your phone at all. Try searching App Store for "memory cleaner" or something similar.

I've since learned after a web search (should've been the first thing I did) that it's a program that runs on your computer. In reading it seems like a good idea just not sure how legit it us...
