Phone Withdrawal

So we went out for dinner and I inadvertently left my phone at home! I'm embarrassed to say that I was so uncomfortable and anxious the entire time! And we were only gone a little over 2 hours!!!

Has anyone else experienced similar withdrawal when separated from their phone?

Absolutely....I'm afraid I wouldn't know what to do with my hands if my phone wasn't in it
