phone rotation

I bought the space invaders game and a controller for my husband's Iphone 5. It won't switch to horizontal mode which makes the logitech controllers somewhat pointless. Can anyone recommend other retro games (circa late '70's) that will play horizontally?

I can't recommend any retro games, sorry. I just want to make sure that you don't have the rotation lock enabled. To check, swipe UP from the bottom of the lock or home screen and make sure that the last icon at the top is not White. If it is, tap on it to disable the rotation lock and then try playing the game(s) in landscape mode.
