Phone froze while on a phone call.

Something weird happened to me yesterday. I was on the phone with someone and you know how the screen goes black when you put the phone next to your ear while on a phone call, well my phone wouldn't respond. It stayed on the black screen. I tried pressing the home and lock button but it still stayed on the black screen. When the other person hung up, the phone came back to normal and the display showed up again. It was weird and it happened 2 times. I reset my whole phone, I hope it doesn't happen again!Has anyone ever experienced this?

That has happened to me a time or two in the past, but it's been so long ago that I can't tell you what iOS version or iPhone I was using...
