People are using their smartwatches while driving, survey finds

While there has been attention drawn to the problems caused by using smartphones while driving we've heard precious little about smartwatches. Are people using them when driving, and if so, what are they doing?

WHen I drive and want to know the time, it’s a habit for me to look at my Watch. Other than that, I use wireless CarPlay the majority of the time for calls, making and responding to text messages, music, navigation, etc. Every now and then I’ll switch from CarPlay to the BMW infotainment system.

Shocking.
I cannot tell you how many times I see drivers looking down. Gee, I wonder what they’re doing? Smartphones, smartwatches, etc.
