Literally have 31 apps that want to update. On the list it has them all as pending. Only option I can do is click to open them. Why aren't they doing anything? I have signal and everything so no reason they should be stuck. I tried to restart phone and see if that would clear them out but it did nothing.

My suggestion would be to try doing only a couple at a time.

Were these apps you downloaded on computer through iTunes?
Try this. Back up any apps that require it for saving anything.
Then delete all the apps. This flushes them from the App Store. Then reinstall them.

I usually do small amounts at a time. It's like it just jammed up over the past few days and now there is that many that were going. But upon just going on it now its down to 1. So just a matter of it didn't refresh itself.

You can also try clearing the App Store's cache by tapping on the "updates" button in the bottom right of the App Store ten times. You'll see the screen go blank and all of it re-load.
