Pending Order Confirmation

I Just Order And It Says This, What Do This Mean

Got the same thing and it says pending credit confirmation. I have been a customer for 10 years and have had no credit trouble or deposits so i am at a loss.

When you click submit, it says "Pending Order Confirmation", then a lot of info, then "We will contact the customer via email with the order status as soon as we complete credit verification."

Very weird.

My order went through fine and i got an order confirmation email. Beside one of the lines on the verizon site it says pending order on line. but on the other line that i upgraded it just says upgrade at full retail price

I got the same thing.....dont think tryin apple would be good as it seems as the order has gone thru. Stupid Firefox screwed me, locked up on one of the pages and had to start over on Safari, I hope those 5 minutes didnt completely mess me up!

I got that the 2nd time, the first time the screeen locked up- I hope I didnt order the damn thing twice. I did do it on the same line and I am sure they will catch it but why is it pending? I have been with them over 10 years and 4 of my lines are up for upgrades. We have never had any trouble.
