From a post on Reddit, people called into the hub and have been able to have their iPhone held at the hub for pick up on the days where shipments may be impacted, so there is an option for some...not sure how convenient it is, but it is an option.

That's a great work around for some. Problem depends where you live. Being in Philly I couldn't get to the HUB regardless. It's a nightmare. The entire city will shut down Thursday mid day til Monday.
