I was curious if anyone knew if they would be bringing back the panoramic feature for wallpapers on the lock screen. Where you were able to put one on your lock screen and then while you moved your lock screen would move to view the whole picture. I think that was a pretty cool feature.

From what I've read it was causing quite a few "issues" during beta testing, including crashes that caused problems to the OS's stability and also, major battery drainage while in use. I know even the Parralax feature on wallpapers that we DO have on iOS 7 is some what of a battery life killer, so that panoramic function was probably pretty substantial in depleting battery life under regular usage.

Thanks SeanHRCC i figured it had something to do with the battery constantly draining. I've noticed my battery when I have the move option on does seem to drain quite a lot, maybe in the future they will come up with a way where it will all work out.

there is something similar to what your asking already. If you take a panaramic photo, then make that your wallpaper then move your device around it will rotate the way you move your phone so you can see your full phone. This also works on the lock screen

The entire point of this thread was the fact that this feature was removed from the final release version of iOS 7. This is NOT a usable feature anymore.

I had heard about this feature didn't know it didn't make the final draft

Thanks
