Have you checked the charging cord and wall charger if it comes with one. Have you tried different ones? Do you charge it plugged in to the wall or to your USB on your computer? There could be a number of reasons and being mainly an IOS forum I am not as familiar with it as much as our sister site Andriod Central. I bring this up only in case you don't get what you are looking for, Then you may try the members of AC. We will do our best and good luck.
