Can mobileme sync my iphone calender and contacts with Outlook Express 6?

Also can itunes sync my iphone calender and contacts with Outlook Express 6?

Please help because i have just purchased mobileme and it does not work with my Outlook 2002 and its going to get expensive to go out and buy a later version of Outlook,

Does someone have a free Version of a compatable Outlook i can download?
