Outlook app subfolder notifications issue

Dear folks

I have outlook app installed on my iPhone X for my work emails (office365)

I created couple of subfolders with rules to organize (filter) emails.

Issue I am not receiving notifications when emails arrive to designated subfolders unless I click on a specific subfolder then it gets refreshed and emails get downloaded

I guess I did enable all the settings related to notifications

I am not super familiar with the Outlook app, but I am guessing Microsoft does not have push notifications set for subfolders. In order to get a notification you need to get a push from the app.
