Other-site purchases not seen as purchased in iTunes?

So I purchased two songs off Google Play that are part of an album on iTunes. And when you have purchased songs on iTunes, if there's an album, if you have some of the songs, you can get the price knocked off of it. Here's my problem, it doesn't show those two songs as purchased on iTunes and it won't discard the price. Is there any way to make it show that it was purchased via iTunes even if it wasn't?
