I am very much into quality to-do lists and by your screenshots I see no reason to give this one a shot and try it out especially with Dropbox sync now. This update comes with some nice and cool improvements.

Auto adjustment of text height as you type along, enabling smooth editing of notes.

Nice swipe gestures for managing list notes, continuous left swipe and right swipe, for list item, complete, delete and undo.
