Ordering through the Apple Store App

The apple Store app says that it is the fastest way to pre-order the iPhone 5. Now, I am with AT&T right now and I am going to change to Verizon. If I order it through the App, will it take my details from AT&T instead and send it based on that, or will it let me pre-order it choosing my carrier and everything?

You can choose any carrier. Apple don't care.
