Hello, I am wanting to buy a new MacBook Pro 2020 edition. I am coming from a 2015 MacBook Pro with 16gb RAM and 512gb ssd 15" . Is it worth upgrading ? the new 16" is nice but maybe a bit too big and looking into the new 13" with the new 10gen processor any thoughts?

Hello there and welcome to iMore.

Well if the Apple stores were open I’d ask if you were near one to go take a look. I’m using a 2016 15” MBP and still really like it. It seems to be just the right size. I’d have to put my hands on the new 16” model before I could commit.

Thanks for the reply back, my MacBook Pro is working fine just wondering if its worth the upgrade , the apple stores here in Vancouver are open but with safety checks so I'm just been researching through YouTube

Are you able to do all the things you want with your current MacBook Pro without any issues? If so, then I would say unless you just want a new MacBook then the upgrade would not be worth it.
