Opening screen

I'm getting this on my screen when I open iPhone. I have blue tooth hearing aids. Would it be something to do with them? Only started recently but have had aids a couple of years.

It could be a number of things. Music still on somewhere, a video still open somewhere. Like on Facebook. Not sure about Aids. I wear them, but not Bluetooth. Google shows down in the corner. Could you have done anything on Google?
