One Ipad that I have shows no updates available says 9.3.5 is up to date

All my other devices have updated to the latest version IOS, but I have one IPad that says everything is up to date, but it shows 9.3.5 instead of the latest 10 version.

Not sure, but it is from 2011.

More than likely you have an iPad 2, and if so, it does not support iOS 10.

You can try putting your iPad into DFU mode and restoring from iTunes.

It turned out I was in the iOS 9 beta and had to remove that. So dumb.
