On my iPhone 5s, under Contacts icon, how do I get the contacts to display the complete phone number?

iPhone 5s / under Contacts icon

My contacts / phone numbers are just area code plus 4 numbers then ... How can I get contacts to display the complete phone number ?

I don't know and have NEVER experienced anything like that on any of my devices. I can only assume that the number are incomplete and that you need to edit them with the entire number. Having said that, if the contacts are associated with an email service, logon to that email service's website and then verify that the phone numbers are either complete or incomplete. If they are incomplete, then do as I stated above, but if they are complete then logout of the email service on your iPhone 5S and then reconfigure it.

Try adjusting the letter size smaller.
