Old iPhone 6 leather case on new iPhone 6S

I know that this has been talked about, and apparently the old cases for the 6 will fit the 6S, but has anyone received their new 6S and tried the older 6 leather case? How is the fit? Thanks.

The size differences are a few hundredths to tenths of millimeters - there shouldn't be any issues.

I'm using the case with 6s on the box, but I'm 99% sure it's the same one just relabeled. It's very snug is why. Yes there is a nice lip when setting it down facedown.

Fits just fine on the 6s Plus

First thing I did when I removed it from the box was took the Apple leather case off my 6 and installed it on the 6s. Fits perfect.

They work fine...my wife is using a new pink case on her 6, but also tried her old blue leather case on it and it worked exactly the same.
