this happened to my 13 year old sister before.I dont know how she unlocked it.(im 7 yrs old)

I'm very impressed with a 7 year old who knows how to properly use exclamation marks, question marks and periods. Also, parenthesis........ Anyway, get with your mom to unlock it. I'm sure she had a good reason for locking it or restricting it's use.
