Going with a black 16GB on AT&T (grandfathered plan or I'd jump to Sprint). Started using iTunes Match this summer and am in love with the extra room it affords me on the phone. Just hope the HD video recordings don't munch up the room songs would have taken.

Plan A- take a nap & wake up in time to pre-order here in So Cal since I have to get up at 5am to work tomorrow.
