Just finished The Shining, and although it lacked the technical aplomb of good literature, it was a pretty fantastic ride. @StephenKing

I'm a bit bizarre, so every time I get a cold I've got to read The Stand. So since I've had a cold for over a week, guess what I've been reading....:rotfl:

One of my favorites is Clive Cussler. I really enjoy his Dirk Pitt books. He wrote Sahari, that later became a movie. It's fun reading. I also read James Patterson, who wrote Kiss The Girls and Along Came A Spider. Everything by Ann Rice, Dean Koonce and Stephen King.

"The Stand" is my all-time favourite Stephen King book. I originally read it when I was in high school.
