well just finished syncing my phone. The lightness is an adjustment. I feel like its gonna fly out of my hand when I grab it cuz I expect it to weigh more. The cable is teeny tiny. I was picturing larger from all the zoomed in connector photos. Bought a ridiculously overpriced case from att but the phone is just too gorgeous to cover up! will apply zagg skin to front and back of course! I'm beyond happy!

Went to closest Verizon store at 6:15. #6 in line. In the door at 8, would have been out by 8:20, except that my shiny new iPhone (white) was damaged out of the box. No replacement on launch day. I have defective phone (it works, just dinged up in manufacturing). Waiting patiently for call to come in and replace.

So that went extremely smooth for me. Went to the mall for 5:55am. There were about 150 people in line outside... and it was near 0 degress Celsius. They opened the doors just after 6am. All 150 people in front of me went to the Apple store and got into queue. I went to the Rogers store and was first in line. Both stores opened at 8am. I walked out first with 2. Lol.

Sometimes it's best to use your head and not follow the masses.

Got my blacked out 32 gig in hand. For anyone in Chicago looking for an AT&T iPhone, I highly recommend the brand new "flagship" AT&T store at 600 N. Michigan. I wandered there long after bars closed and I was 8th in line. I don't believe the line ever got over 50 people the entire time I was there, despite that they were expecting tons of phones. I guess a lot of people didn't realize the store was there since it's brand new (including me until last week). Meanwhile the line stretched around corners at Apple.

EDIT: thus I second CrackBerry Kevin's advice. Don't follow the masses.

I am dying, waiting for Fed-ex tracking on line. They should put a gps in his truck. Amazon gave me 399.50 on my trade in - awesome deal! It's in store credit but you can also buy gift cards for stores with it. I am an Amazon junkie anyway.

Omg yes. Thank you for this post, and for multiplying my anticipation by 1,000,000. That's faster than my brother in laws nexus with full 4G. I'm about to hunt UPS down. It's been on the vehicle since 6:00a according to the website!
