Office apps for iPhone and iPad can now open, edit, and store files on iCloud

Microsoft has updated the Office apps for iPhone and iPad. The new versions of the Word, PowerPoint and Excel apps all now support iCloud to quickly store, open, and edit documents inside Apple's cloud storage service
