Numbers on passcode, how can I change my keypad numbers?

Numbers on passcode

This morning I seen a person on the bus with the numbers 11, 12, 13, ect. On password keypad instead of the usual 1,2,3. ect. How can I change my keypad numbers like that?

I never saw that before. Could it have been a keypad wallpaper you saw?
