Notifications...Is it working??

Is anyone else having a notification issue this morning? My Twitter and ESPN Sportscenter was working earlier today, but now it's not. I'm not receiving any notifications on my screen.

I just received an ESPN notification. Is it an Apple issue, or notification specific thing? Are you receiving anything yet?

I can only assume that this is NOT widespread because I'm getting my Twitter alerts as well as my other usual alerts.

The Apple System Status page isn't showing any outages or disruptions.

It's working now. I did a hard reset, deleted the apps, and etc. Seems to be working fine now. Thanks for everyone's help!!
