Notification volume

Is there any apps to lower the volume of the notifications? Or is that something that's impossible with close source OS?

er, the volume controls can lower notification volume. but that also lowers the ring vol also.

if no app is running and you are at the home screen, volume sliders will lower the notifications mate.

The notification sound is directly linked to the volume and the mute switch
