Notification question

I was reading that it is possible to have the led on your camera blink when you have a notification, but can not seem to find this in settings? Any one have any ideas?

it is under general -> accessibility, scroll to the bottom and its LED Flash for Alerts. i'm not sure if it is for everything yet or just phone calls.

So far the led is just for phone calls. Hopefully in the future they can implement mail, messages, and notifications to this feature.
