Anyone else experiencing this... the crunching of the notifications. I have been since iOS 11. In the 2 weeks I had my X I don’t recall this happening. Happens all the time on my seven now it’s happening on 8+.

Try Reset All Settings.

Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.

I get that on my X, but as soon as I look at it they unlock and expand. I'm on beta 11.3 also had it on previous beta. I think it is the way it is supposed to work.

I’ve seen glitches like these since 10.x betas on my iPhone 6 and iPad 4, reported it through the feedback system but seems like it hasn’t been properly fixed. However on newer iPad Pro 10.5” and iPhone 8 I haven’t seen it as much.

I know what you’re talking about with the 10 when it unlocks and expands. This is not that what’s going on. If you look closely you’ll see the notifications actually run into/overlap each other.

Thanks for the advice. That sounds like a major pain, going back and setting eeverything up to where I want it... but if it works I guess it won’t be a pain.

You’re using 7, 8+ & X at the same time? Wow.

Haha!! I’ve had the 7 since launch. Got it free (24 credits for 24 months). I got tired of the poor battery life so I thought I’d try the X. Put it on my credit card. Tried it for 14 days and then returned it. Now doing the same with the 8+. I’ll decide after these 14 days which one I will actually buy. So no, I don’t have all 3

I’m using 7+ plus now. Thinking of 8+ o X too. You will be one of the best reference i think.

I will let you know what I decide but I’d consider doing what I am doing if you’re able. I get my phones from Best Buy and “bought” them outright. When I do that there’s no restocking fee if I return it. Hey they have a return policy for a reason. May as well use try it if they allow it. Feel free to ask me any questions though.

I don't remember ever seeing this on my X or the 8 I used to have, but I'll keep more of a look out for it now. I'm running the public betas btw.
