Notification Centre Weather Info not always being displayed on iOS 7.0.2

On my iphone 5, in the Notification Centre, the weather info sometimes appear, sometimes only momentarily and on other occasions it does not appear at all. I have the software iOS 7.0.2. Installed.
Is there anything I can do to ensure that the weather appears in the Notification Centre every time.

Can't say as though I've ever really experienced that unless the connection was bad. Could that possibly be the issue? Since weather needs a connection to pull down the information, a bad connection could cause some inconsistencies with it being displayed.

could be an issue with getting data from Yahoo for your location...
