Notes will not open!!! Need help asap!

I attempted to copy what appeared to be about ten Unicode Apple logo symbols out of a one line text box off a website and paste them in 'Notes' but apaently it was about 2000 apply symbols and now my notes app crashes back to the homescreen every time i open it. I urgently need to get to 2 very important notes in there and note sync for some reason was iOS 4 defaulted to 'On mY iPhone' so my nptes are not synced to my yahoo. RESTORE IS NOT AN OPTION FOR AT LEAST A WEEK OR SO! ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!

Are you in a position where you can sync to your computer?

Yes I am able to sync but im on a limited time frame here so restore isnt exactly an option. I've got a flight out to the west coast that leaves tonight and i leave in about an hour and my 3G takes a good 3 and a half hrs to sync everything back over...

Hopefully this doesn't cause you too much pain while you're gone. I wasn't going to suggest a restore, just syncing some new notes to see if that did anything.

Maybe we can get it sorted when you get back - without a restore.
