'Notes', how to center text??

I'm on BigSur 11.6.4 and I just switched from Evernote to Notes (after using Evernote for years).
Now I can't seem to center text... where it should be fairly easy?

I have Monterey, not Big Sur, but it should be in Format menu, Text, Center.

Also, on my system, there is a hotkey for Center set to Cmd-| (with the text highlighted.) Cmd-{ is left-align, Cmd-} is right-align.

Maybe it's a Big Sur thing... as the Format menu was the first thing that came to mind, but I can't find the center option.

Mmm, I just tried the hotkeys, and that seems to work!
Guess that'll do for the time being, thanks!
