Not receiving all my calls

I'm not receiving calls all the time on my phone. I've done a factory reset already and still today my boyfriend tried to call me and didn't go through. He had to call my son's iPhone to get a hold of me. What is weird is the phone I had before this was the Samsung Galaxy S4 and it was doing the same thing which makes me think it's not a phone issue. My boyfriend now has the S4 and he hasn't had any problems with it since he's had it. I have US Cellular. Any ideas on why mine is the only one doing it in our household? Including mine we have 5 lines on the account. I did go to a US Cellular store that I don't normally go to when I got my S4 so maybe he screwed something up. I also got my iPhone at the same location.

Is it going straight to voicemail for him? Or is it ringing on his end and not yours? If it's that, it sounds more like a carrier issue. This happens occasionally when I try to call people and have been told that the same happens when they try to call me.

I highly doubt the problem is with the device, and am willing to bet that it is a problem with you service provider. Call your service provider, tell them the problem you are having and ask that they troubleshoot from their end b

I will ask him when he gets home. I'm thinking it's the carrier as well.

Could be something as easy as the voicemail where the carrier would need to reset that on their end.
If it is something else again your carrier with so much business toy are giving them can certainly try and troubleshoot it for you.
I sounds like maybe even network settings may need to be reset. Did you ever mention thew iPhone you have and the OS you are using which could be helpful on our end if it were a known issue we have encountered before to tell you. Please let us know how it worked out.

iPhone 5s and it's 7.0.4 and I did a network reset today.

He said the phone does ring on his end.
