Yes my volume is on. Not on do not disturb or anything. But I’m not getting any tones on my phone for things unless I’m using it. So if Lock Screen is on I hear nothing.
I hear them on my apple watch that’s on other side of room also but just not on phone. Was fine yesterday so not sure what happened.

Check to make sure the mute switch on the left side of the screen is in the up position.

No luck. Still only getting tones on my watch. Not on phone. I did the reset to. Makes no sense why it suddenly doing this.

Check your mute switch isn’t toggled to silent and check the ringer and alerts slider in the setting app.

From looking on google it appears if phone is locked then notifications only go to watch. So maybe I’m in the wrong thinking that I was getting sounds when phones locked.
