Not always getting facebook notifications?

I do get them but not all the time. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I have push turned on.

It's facebook. It's always having issues, be it with crashing or lack of notifications. I missed about 1/2 my facebook notifications yesterday.

I downloaded a application called boxcar and it makes it so I get every facebook notification its free in the app store it still opens the facebook application when clicking on it
