Not able to install iTalk on iPhone.

I downloaded it from iTunes and I can see it in Applications menu.
Nothing happens when I click on it.
How do I install it on my iPhone?
Can someone help please?

You need to connect your iPhone to your computer (with USB cable) and Sync to transfer the application to the iPhone.

Exactly what Stevie said. You have to connect to iTunes and sync the phone. And make sure you have applications set to sync.
