Not able to downgrade 6.1.3 with redsnow. Help!!

I have been trying to downgrade my 6.1.3 to 1.2, for reference i used a Youtube video. But somehow, on my PC it's not working. Is this really even possible at the moment. I have stumble upon this article downgrade iOS 6.1.3 To 6.1.2 from some website that showed on Google.

Did you save shsh blobs manually for 6.1.2 while 6.1.2 was the most recent version of iOS?
