noise cancellation option not higleted in my iphone 6

hi can any body help me how to highlight the option Noise cancellation option in setting app---->general ----> Accessibility-----> Phone Noise Cancellation is not highlighted to enable or disable the option :straight-face:

Go under the hearing aide and see if it's turned on. If it is turn it off and you should be able to turn the noise cancellation on then
