Best ordering thru Apple stores reserving the night before

I just noticed that VZW is showing ship by dates of 11/25 on 4S when ordered thru the website. So add what, 10 days to that now you're into the first week of December. If you order after thanksgiving, you might not get it by Xmas.
The white 32 will take a week longer. Apple stores seem to be the best but stock is very limited also.
I am talking about the New York area. It seems it will be a tough purchase thru the holiday period.

I'm hoping as well, since on monday the 7th, I'm eligble to upgade (AT&T)..but dont know if I should order over the phone to ATT (611), order from a retail store, or order through APPL...

you can't put it on hold at any carrier store I have called all 3 and they said it is in too high demand and I would recommend the both of you switch to Sprint when your contract ends cuz they are the only carrier with unlimited any mobile anytime to and from and unlimited days and messaging included in your plan cheap too also if they run out of the iPhone 4S they restock every 2-3 hours or have them delivered from any apple store

this is NOT true .... AT&T has this now as long as you have unlimited texting ... You have free mobile to mobile ANY carrier
