No sound on netflix using ATV

Has anyone experienced trouble with the sound watching movies/shows on netflix using Apple TV ? I have the latest Apple TV with latest software and the sound just suddenly stopped on Netflix. Sound is fine on other things such as YouTube.
Anyone know a fix?

Never heard of that. I'll have to put it in and see if there are any issues.

Never had that either. Netflix can get wonky sometimes. Every now and then I may get a error when selecting certain menus in Netflix. Try resetting the ATV.

the other night (Saturday i think) i tried to use netflix and no sound on any shows or movies. I googled it a bit and found someone mentioning to turn the dobly setting to off on the apple tv settings. I did that and it has worked since. I am not sure why it just stopped having sound though. I have had it over a year with no problems and I had not changed any ATV settings. I just assumed a update or something had done it.

Happened to me last night. Latest software and hardware, only netflix was impacted. Putzed around with it for 5-10 minutes with no luck, unplugged ATV and plugged it back in and I could hear dexter again.

Happened to me too before. I just restarted the ATV and it worked.
