No signal

My iPhone 5s has no signal whatsoever I have factory reset it, tried different SIM card reset nerwork settings took simcard out and everything anyone advise me of what else I can do! I can receive emails and iMessages but cannot receive or make calls. 3G shows and that's it Please help!!

Call your wireless provider and ask if they are having network issues and/or to have them troubleshoot from their end.

Sounds like you have to call your provider or head to an Apple store.
