No signal after ios 12 update

Hello everyone,,
Phone keeps losing service and stays on “searching”.. just recently its been stuck for 6 days and now I currently have service :/ Anyone else, experience this or have a fix or even know what the hell tech news is going on? Apple free netflix and my carrier have been no help. And I cant downgrade cuz I dont android 9 have a previous back up dated earlier than ios 12. Or at least thats what I hear. Any help or input would be great. Thanks.

What did Apple say? Have you tried restoring the device as new, not from a back up?

So what did Apple and your carrier say? What version (numerical) did you have and what did you upgrade to? Is this official or beta? Have you tried resetting and setting up as a new device and see if the same issue is still happening?

The more details we have, the better the chance to help you with a solution.
