no Safari icon with iOS 7

I just realized that since updating to ios7 I dont have a icon for Safari. Siri will launch safari if I ask. So its on the phone.(iPhone 5)

Any suggestions?

Try a reboot to see if it will appear.

fixed it. Needed to go to notifications and toggle safari. idk why it worked
