I'm new to Mac, so forgive my foolishness.
I've just installed El Capitan on my new MacBook, and when I copy files and movies from the MacBook to external HDD, there's no status indicating the progress like what is being copied and how long it'll take. Is this normal?
PS: Is this the right thread to ask this question? Or should I just post this at Q&A or other thread?
