The other day I hand my display replaced as it was none responding to touch input, I tried a restore before taking it to the Apple store, now it’s all fix but I don’t have the option to pick the stock Apple live wallpapers

Welcome to iMore.

I'm going to suggest a hard reset. Push your volume up button quickly, then your volume down button quickly, them hold your power button till you see the Apple logo then release and wait for your phone to restart. If this does not work then my next suggestion is to do a factory reset and start over. If either of my suggestions does not work I would take it back to the Apple Store and have them look at it. Thanks.

Before doing a factory reset, try Reset All Settings.

Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
