No one can hear me on a phone call unless on loud speaker ??? But I can hear them ?

My sound is fine , it rings it plays music but no one can hear me on a phone call unless I put phone on loud speaker ?

Is something covering the microphone or are you somehow pressing the mute option when on a call?
