No 15-sec skip in Podcasts app now

However, others seem to still have the option since upgrading to iOS 9. I use this feature all the time but am bot restoring just to see if that helps.

I wondered if it was another audio-Podcast-only feature but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I can still swipe up or use the Watch to skip, so that is something.

Anyone else experiencing this?

If it's a bug, definitely report it to Apple. The bad news is, since it's a default app, the only way to reinstall it is with a restore...

I've listened to 6-7 hours of podcasts so far since upgrading to iOS 9 and all of the controls are still there for me. I too enjoy the 15-second skip feature and I'm glad it wasn't eliminated!

I found out because my own thread showed up in my Google search about the issue.

It turns out that the functionality is in the spot where the "button" should be BUT there is no button.

Thats very strange, do any of the third party podcast apps show the skip controls? If the system is actually broken i guess they should be blank as well.

I don't have any third-party podcast apps. I may download one to see.
